Magnolias concentrates on the refined lifestyles of people where fine tastes and quality living are the major focus areas. Bare shell apartments are offered by Magnolias, where the customers would get an opportunity of building and designing the interiors according to their own style and taste. The Magnolias consists of various kinds of penthouses, simplex and duplex apartments, which have been spread over an area of 60 acres of land. The work on the project has already been started by DLF Laing O'Rourke – a JV partnership of DLF with its UK-based partner, Laing O'Rourke, and is set to be complete in around two years time. L OCATION DLF Magnolias is strategically located in the heart of DLF City, Phase – V, on the main golf course road. The surroundings are well occupied and fully developed. Mangolias has very good connectivity with DLF Golf Course. It also has close proximity with DLF Galleria / DLF City Club / Ridgewood Estate. In our opinion, this is on of the most premium locations in Gurgaon. F ACILITIES All the modern amenities such as swimming pool, tennis and squash courts, steam and sauna facilities, RCC framed structure, convenience shop and centralized services, and other leisure and fitness facilities would be provided to the residents of DLF Magnolias. DLF further aims to provide centrally air conditioned services to the residents of Magnolias, which are very rarely provided by other builders. Facility of play school is also provided by the DLF Magnolias. V ALUE FOR M ONEY DLF is selling these premium apartments at a price of Rs. 11,000 per square feet, which will work out around Rs. 8 to 10 crores ($1.6 to $2 million), after including the other charges, which are also on the higher side. Thus, we are of the opinion that DLF Magnolias is meant only for the rich and the famous who can afford these luxury apartments.

Thus, we are of the opinion that DLF Magnolias is meant only for the rich and the famous who can afford these luxury apartments.

TRACK RECORD DLF is well renowned real estate company, which has been in the process of providing its excellent services for the past sixty years. 21 urban townships are already to the credit of DLF group. DLF focuses on the market’s higher end and has been providing various kinds of products including condominiums, row hoses, duplexes, and apartments of varying sizes. DLF has a very good track record and has already covered around 54 million sq. ft. DLF has further plans of developing around 300 million sq ft of land over the next few years across the country. DLF is very well renowned for building world class commercial complexes, residential colonies and corporate centers.

OVERALL In our view, anyone who is willing to take a luxury apartment in Gurgaon should definitely go for The Magnolias. With DLF brand name, one can expect the construction quality to be superior and the faculties to be luxurious. The apartments at DLF Magnolias are a perfect choice for people from the high society. We hope that once the project is completed, it would become one of the premium addresses in Gurgaon and would command significant premium, due to its location, facilities and DLF brand.
