London is made up a group of distinctive regions.It can be seen that the rooted already diverse area in the city if you look at the ethnic composition of each areas.And history with these regions is old, history forms the cityscape of the current London.We can not break the beautiful London cityscape and regional characteristics.If we can build a habitat of immigration on the roof, it is possible to create a saucer of a new diversity,without breaking the existing regional.By focusing on the roof, it is possible to mass produce inexpensive housing which can tolerate diversity immigrants.

Immigrants to the UK has been increasing rapidly for few years. They need adequate allowances for immigrates, so many people descended. Therefore, the population of immigrants has been a sharp increase especially after 2012.
