London is made up a group of distinctive regions. It can be seen that the rooted already diverse area in the city if you look at the ethnic composition of each areas. And history with these regions is old, history forms the cityscape of the current London. We can not break the beautiful London cityscape and regional characteristics. If we can build a habitat of immigration on the roof, it is possible to create a saucer of a new diversity, without breaking the existing regional.By focusing on the roof, it is possible to mass produce inexpensive housing which can tolerate diversity immigrants.
Population growth
The roof of the existing building, can become
tomorrow's cultural foundation. Without destroying
the City Scape of London, proposed the building to
receive a diversity of immigrants.
Information networks, such as internets, give cultural varieties to the world. On the other hand, transportation networks like airplane and ship make the fluidity of people and goods bigger. Thanks to them, we can make the world more diverse.Nevertheless, there is no doubt that this mobility causes immigration problems to our society. This problem is very serious especially in European countries. The United Kingdom is one of the countries which too many immigrants have moved in the last decade.

Nowadays the population in the world is growing. Now the population numbers seven billion, but it is said that it will reach over 10 billion one hundred years later.
Although the population is increasing, human habitable areas are limited. That is, it will be densely populated more and more, and lands where people live will decrease.

Emigration
Immigrants to the UK has been increasing rapidly for few years. They need adequate allowances for immigrates, so many people descended. Therefore, the population of immigrants has been a sharp increase especially after 2012. It is one of the causes that the UK decided to leave the EU.It has led confusion and diversity to London that there are many immigrants. How does it bring changes in London? Surely, they will accept any varieties.
How can city and architectures respond the variety made by London.
The UK has suffered from the shortage of houses. The number of house ownership per household is much lower than other European countries. Undoubtedly, too many immigrants made this problem more serious. They have not been able to correspond to a variety of residential culture. If we can build a habitat of immigration on the roof, it is possible to create a saucer of a new diversity, without breaking the existing regional.By focusing on the roof, it is possible to mass produce inexpensive housing which can tolerate diversity immigrants.
To solve this, consider this. The roof of the existing building can become tomorrow's habitat.
