high efficiency and cost effective solutions for the region’s district

cooling and HVAC needs.

DCC is the sole distributor for LG centrifugal & screw chillers,

EFATAR Air Side Equipment and KIMCO Cooling Towers. DCC

also partners with various other manufacturers & service providers

to provide a one-source solution for our customer’s various needs

such as pumps, refrigerant recovery unit, refrigerant monitoring

system, chiller plant manager etc.

DCC is a full service company with capability to provide guidance on

system design, installation and operation. Through experience and

professional service team with extensive knowledge in HVACR and

FACILITY MAINTENANCE SERVICES

DCC can provide facility maintenance services to

include not only HVACR equipment such as

chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Pumps, Cooling Towers,

Compressors but also electrical panels &

civil and lighting services.

An experienced team comprising of HVAC

technicians, electricians, plumbers,

mechanics, masons, carpenters, painters

and other trades as per site requirement

are deputed on facility maintenance

contracts to allow the customer to focus on

While proper maintenance has its importance in improving reliability and increasing equipment

life, however, improper of equipment can result in energy waste, reduction in equipment life due to

SERVICE, REPAIRs AND OVERHAULING

DCC has a technical & professional service team

with experience on various manufacturers’

equipment and are able to perform Service and

Repair works on equipment such as LG, Carrier,

York, Trane, McQuay etc. as well as perform

complete overhauling & retrofit works.

Through an extensive network of global partners,

DCC is able to source OEM parts for these

equipment at very competitive rates.

REPLACEMENT CONTRACTING

DCC have considerable experience in

replacement contracting and retrofit solutions.

DCC can offer turn-key solutions to replace

obsolete or damaged equipment such as

Chillers, Air Side equipment, Cooling towers,

Pumps etc. with new & energy efficient

equipment along with modifications required in

the system design, piping, valves & fittings.

EQUIPMENT PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS

DCC can undertake performance analysis

contracts on new as well as old equipment &

overall HVAC systems to analyze

performance characteristics and do

comparison with the design data sheets.

The analysis follows detailed report and

recommendations on how to improve system

EDDY CURRENT TESTING

Eddy Current Testing allow inspection of

chiller evaporator & condenser tubes to

monitor the tube condition and detect any

abnormalities such as tube wear, pitting,

corrosion and damages prior to actual tube

failure.

REFRIGERANT AND OIL

ANALYSIS

DCC provides analysis services for Refrigerant

& Oil which is important to monitor the internal

condition of the chiller motor & other

components of the chiller compressor

VIBRATION ANALYSIS

Vibration Analysis is an important preventive

maintenance tool to check the machine operation

and pre-judge any potential failure in the machine.

Noise analysis also allows for judging the

machine operation and comparison with previous

readings over time.

THERMOGRAPHIC ANALYSIS

Abnormal temperatures are a sign of potential

problems and early detection can prevent problems

before it occurs.

This analysis is a non-contact and non-invasive

inspection method utilized in any effective preventive

maintenance program.

Being non-contact method, the equipment can be

inspected & monitored while under operation

preventing downtime of the equipment

DCC contract included for the supply, commissioning and warranty maintenance of the 8 x 2500 TR chillers for the District Cooling Plant for this project.

Abu Dhabi Mall & Trade Center

DCC has been awarded the Operations and Maintenance of the Chiller Plant at Abu Dhabi Trade Center as an annual contract as well as the retrofit & repair orders. This project requires the provision of 24/7 maintenance services for the Centrifugal chillers and associate Air conditioning systems

Park Rotana Complex

DCC supplied 5 x 1000 TR Centrifugal Chillers and has now the maintenance contract for the chiller plant including the chillers, pumps,

cooling towers and water treatment.

Danat Al-Ain Resort (Former Al -Ain Intercontinental)

The contract included supply of centrifugal chillers as well as

modification and re-instatement of cooling towers, pumps and pipe

works.

Al Forsan International Sports Resort

DCC has been awarded the total facilities maintenance contract for this resort. This project requires the provision of 24/7 maintenance services for the Air cooled chillers and associate air conditioning systems as well as all plumbing and electrical services on site.

Grosvenor House 2 – Dubai Marina

DCC has supplied & commissioned 3 x 1,000 TR centrifugal chillers for this project and now have a maintenance contract for the chillers for a period of 2 years.
