THE ROTARY FOUNDATION (Annually)

1)Must have Attended a Grant Management Seminar

2)Must Sign & Adhere to Club Memorandum of Understanding.

3)Must be current in reporting on all existing Global Grants.

DISTRICT 7610 (Annually)

1)Must have Agreed to & Submitted the Signed Club Memorandum of Understanding Addendum.

First Step:

Community Needs Assessment

If project is overseas; find a qualified ‘Host’ club to execute project

Make sure project is sustainable and has measurable goals; find tools @ https://www.rotary.org/myrotary/en/take-action/apply-grants/global-grants

Coordinate financing with:

1. Your home Rotary Club

2. District 7610 Global Grant Chair – Andrew Wade

3. Any Partner Rotary Club(s) here or abroad

4. Rotary District of Host Club
