BUYER SELECTION

An invitation only event. Extensive delegate selection and verification process.

Only senior decision makers with genuine purchasing power are invited

to attend.

Open to anyone and everyone. Students, housewives and children collecting balloons and bags all count.

BUYER PROFILES

You get detailed company profiles of visiting delegates outlining business

focus, company size and region covered are made available via the DISTREE pre-

event website.

No information is available in advance on the visitors expected, because the

organisers don’t know who’s going to turn up. The only information available is general statistics on the

number of visitors that attended previous events.

BOOTHS

The same stand size for all participating companies. Pre-furnished and quick

set-up. Manned exclusively by your key sales people (2 to 4 people on

average).

You have to spend a fortune on a big stand to get noticed. Then you have to

spend extra on a team of promoters to staff it. Set-up time could be one week.

MEETINGS

Efficient pre-event online meeting scheduler. No need to make phone calls and send e-mails. Each vendor

books an average of 40 meetings for the two-and-a-half days of the event. And that

doesn’t include the spontaneous extra meetings that also happen.

When you attend a trade show or normal exhibition, you’re on your own when it

comes to booking meetings. Typically, you will only manage to pre-book

meetings with people you already know, which doesn’t really open up new

business opportunities.

nothing and then he or she is gone.

DISTREE staff offers constant assistance during the event. If a buyer fails to turn up for a meeting our team will contact them on your behalf and reschedule the

meeting immediately.

The service level at a traditional trade show or exhibition is close to zero.

You’re on your own.

DISTREE operates an onsite Matching Squad during the event. This allows you to request additional meetings and we

do the scheduling for you.

Not available at trade shows and standard exhibitions. You could be talking to students, housewives , but there wouldn’t be many business

benefits.
