MORETTI LIVING ROOM SETFinal Proyect - Furniture Design at Lorenzo de Medici, Italy.

Set of three pieces that include: seat. table, and magazine rack. Follows the same pattern into harmonious movement and fits perfectly one inside the other.

Proposal for outside resting spot at Santa Maria Novella’s Train Station in Florence. Different arrangements can be made.

GIO CO

GIO CO. game table designed to fit in a minimal environment. Inspired on the simplicity and geometry of minimal architecture. This table was no only made for playing board games but also to serve the usual activities as eating, drinking and having a good time.The table has 4 drawers, one on each corner to be used as storage for the loose pieces of the games.

The cover of the table, is composed of an lcd screen, that displays the different games to play. There is a glass that seals and protects the screen from spilled liquids.

Chess, backgammon, checkers are some of the games that can be played on GIO CO. More games can be loaded to the memory.

UmbrellaCircular piece, designed for waiting rooms, it’s a new form of us ing the space for two purposes.

Umbrella bench is suitable for 4 people, whom can sit around the magazine rack, making it easier to reach the magazines.

1I. Interior Design

BROOME HOUSESustainable Design en Lorenzo de Medici, Italy.

A small, but practical 5 x 5 m house for two:

1 bedroom, 1 bath, kitchen, living room and a staircase to the second floor loft.The walls have insulation made of bricks and soil to stop the heat from coming inside the house. Also there is a water storage underneath to keep the structure cooled.

In the first floor there is a small livingroom, shelves below the stairs, mini kitchen, dinning table and a small complete bathroom.

The loft or second floor has space for a full bed and more shelves for clothing storage.

Section shows, insulation, and air pipe system for cooling.

Dream Livingroom

The principal idea was to prove that it can be a c h i e v e d a v e r y harmonius space using very simple elements. The principal material used in this space is wood, but I wanted to ach ieve a con t ras t similar to the one with the two walls that are opposite colors, that is why I added the wall details in gold and silver metal. I believe it makes the space very elegant but in a sober and creative way.
