A User’s Guide
Login with your user name and password.
If you have never had a user name and password, or if you’re transferring from another district, use the district passcode to register for a new account.

Curriculum Standard Subject Grade Level Advanced
Searching Options
Curriculum Standards Search Select an option from each drop-
down menu Click on standards to break them
down into their components Click on links (underlined standards)
to locate videos on those standards
Information includes length, brief description, and copyright date
You can sort by best match, most popular, or recently added
You can click on “Add to My Content” to save
You can view all applicable curriculum standards for the video
You can narrow results by media type, video detail, materials, and service
Results List
Click on title or thumbnail of video Click on play button in center of
video If desired, download to computer Larger file sizes are lower on the list
and will take up more space and time To view in fullscreen, click on white
rectangle with black center surrounded by four arrows
To return to preview, press ESC key

Adjusting Video
Prior to maximizing video, adjust buttons below screen
Use slide to adjust sound Play, fast forward, rewind, stop and
pause are the same as for a VCR or iPod
Allows you to search by subject and grade level simultaneously
Reduces your results to a manageable number
You can simply select subject and grade level or narrow your search further with a topic
You might also want to select “Full Video” to narrow media type

Other Features
You can share links on social networking sites
If your selected video is a segment of a full video, other segments of the video will appear to the right of the page
You can select any of these items to add to your content
Each page indicates whether or not the content is Closed Captioned
