Double click on the PostgreSQL-9.0.0-beta4-windows.exe icon

Click [Yes] button to allow the installation

secure and safeguard it.

Unless you have a valid reason for a change it is recommended to accept default port

Port is a logical concept, a virtual door kept open for the connection from the outside world. An important point to remember is that it is unique and can be used by only one application on the computer; otherwise port conflict will prevent software from functioning properly
