‘FORAGE’ – THE ULTIMATE CLOUDY BAY EXPERIENCE
Inspired by an iconic event organised every two years for international media, Forage is guided by the simple idea that provenance brings a unique element to all that we eat and drink.
There is a wonderful resourcefulness in
relying on our natural environment to
gather delicious produce, then having
that produce prepared by Cloudy Bay’s
preferred chef. The food sourced from
artisan growers or hunted and gathered
from the wild, provides an exceptional
view of Marlborough’s vast
gastronomic landscape and of the home
of Cloudy Bay.
Guests are divided into teams of 4 and
dispersed with a Cloudy Bay host to
one of the four compass points; North,
South, East & West. They will visit local
producers and engage in the activities of
gathering their own ingredients for the
Forage Dinner.
A copy of the limited edition Forage
Book is offered to each guest.
Duration:
2 days (could be
condensed into
1 day)
