Flexible options for Meetings and EventsDesert Islands Resort & Spa by Anantara - Al Reem Meeting Room (40 sq.m)With seating for up to 30 guests and sophisticated, state-of-the-art technology, this is the perfect venue for high-powered executive meetings.
Desert Islands Conference CentreLocated directly adjacent to the Desert Islands Resort & Spa by Anantara and the beach, the Conference Centre offers additional world-class facilities for up to 460 participants. The centre consists of a magnificent divisible ballroom as well as six individually configurable meeting rooms, each with a grand foyer.
Dhabi Ballroom (525 sq.m)The elegant Dhabi Ballroom is the perfect venue for impressive larger-scale events. With drop-down screens and special lighting, the space features the latest audio-visual equipment and can accommodate up to 460 guests. If you are hosting smaller occasions, the ballroom can be divided into three individual conference rooms, each featuring skylights and able to accommodate up to 130 guests, depending on set-up.
Al Maha Meeting Rooms 1 and 2 (35 sq.m each)Enjoy natural daylight and a beautiful outdoor terrace at the two Al Maha meeting rooms, which can accommodate up to 25 guests each, or up to 60 people with the partitioning wall open.
Al Anood Meeting Rooms 3 and 4(65 sq.m each)Capable of seating up to 70 guests if joined together, Al Anood meeting rooms offer modern, sophisticated spaces and are fully equipped with flat screen TVs and state-of-the-art sound systems.
Al Ghizlan Meeting Rooms 5 and 6(65 sq.m each)Al Ghizlan meeting rooms can accommodate up to 70 people. With access to the outdoor terrace, these bright, airy meeting rooms feature full audio-visual equipment.
