As you complete this module, our hope

is that you take a step towards under-

standing how your uniquely designed

personality, coupled with the spiritual

gifts God has given you, help reveal

a fulfilling path to your life purpose.

Proverbs 25:2, tells us that it is God’s

privilege to conceal things and our

privi¬lege to discover them. Together,

let’s discover all that God has planned

for our generation and make a positive

difference for the Kingdom.

“For we are His workmanship, created

in Christ Jesus for good works, which

God prepared before¬hand so that we

would walk in them.” (Ephesians 2:10,

NASB)

The Goal of this Module:

1) To discover how your personal design

helps to reveal your calling and life

purpose.

2) To discover the amazing potential in

your life.

“Truly, truly, I say to you, he who be-

lieves in Me, the works that I do, he will

do also; and greater works than these

he will do; because I go to the Father.”

(John 14:12, NASB)

DISC is a behavior assessment tool.

It centers on four different behavioral

traits, which are called: dominance,

influence, steadiness, and compliance.

One behavioral type is not better than

another. The goal is discovering more

about how God created you to fulfill

your life purposes. As you answer the

questions on the DiSC Assessment, just

go with your instinct. You don’t want to

overly think the questions. There is not

a right or wrong answer.

“I praise you because I am fearfully and

wonderfully made.” (Psalm 139:14)
