ERPA understands these challenges and offers an innovative solution to have a DR plan for enterprise apps without requiring additional hardware, re- sources, or resource training. Our Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) can be deployed within weeks in the cloud with added security features, service level agreements, RPO and RTO. Our DRaaS offers flexible combination of RPOs and RTOs depending on your applications’ recovery objectives Recovery time objective (RTO) 1 RTO is the time it takes after a disruption to restore a business process to its service level, as defined by the operational level agreement (OLA). For example, if a disaster occurs at 12:00 PM (noon) and the RTO is eight hours, the DR process should restore the business process to the acceptable service level by 8:00 PM. Recovery point objective (RPO) 2 RPO is the acceptable amount of data loss measured in time. For example, if a disaster occurs at 12:00 PM (noon) and the RPO is one hour, the system should recover all data that was in the system before 11:00 AM. Data loss will span only one hour, between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM (noon ). Overview

Disasters are unfortunate events, and it is a best prac-tice to hope for the best and prepare for the worst.

After any disaster, how fast you can recover is important to continue your business operations, preserve your business value, and limit its impact on your employees and customers. However, there are major challenges in standing up a Disaster Recovery (DR) solution for each application because of the complexities and expenses involved.

ERPA understands these challenges and offers an innovative solution to have a DR plan for enterprise apps without requiring additional hardware, re-sources, or resource training. Our Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) can be deployed within weeks in the cloud with added security features, service level agreements, RPO and RTO. Our DRaaS offers flexible combination of RPOs and RTOs depending on your applications’ recovery objectives

Recovery time objective (RTO) 1

RTO is the time it takes after a disruption to restore a business process to its service level, as defined by the operational level agreement (OLA). For example, if a disaster occurs at 12:00 PM (noon) and the RTO is eight hours, the DR process should restore the business process to the acceptable service level by 8:00 PM.

Recovery point objective (RPO) 2

RPO is the acceptable amount of data loss measured in time. For example, if a disaster occurs at 12:00 PM (noon) and the RPO is one hour, the system should recover all data that was in the system before 11:00 AM. Data loss will span only one hour, between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM (noon ).
