Certification Requirements
– Must be certified by the City & County of Denver (For ACDBE, out of state firms must be certified in home state prior to applying for certification in CO)
– Must be certified in Colorado/Denver at the time the LOIs (S/MWBE), proposal or JV paperwork, whichever is earlier (ACDBE), is submitted
– Certification must be updated annually

– Attend certification workshop
– Complete application (available online) and submit supporting documentation and fee (if applicable)
– Onsite visit
– Committee review
– 60-90 day timeframe
ACDBE Compliance
– Goals can be met by:
– Concession owner/operator ACDBE certified
– Non-certified owner obtaining goods and/or services from ACDBE certified firms
– Agreements entered into by two or more firms
