Certification Requirements

– Must be certified by the City & County of Denver (For ACDBE, out of state firms must be certified in home state prior to applying for certification in CO)

– Must be certified in Colorado/Denver at the time the LOIs (S/MWBE), proposal or JV paperwork, whichever is earlier (ACDBE), is submitted

– Certification must be updated annually
