DIRT ROADS WORKSHOP

THURSDAY JANUARY 12, 2017 9:00 AM TO 3:00 PM Navajo Transportation Complex, Tse Bonito, NM Workshop on planning, designing, constructing and maintaining dirt roads. Intended for planners, senior equipment operators, supervisors, engineers, procurement officials, managers and executives. Participants will receive information on what treatment strategies are the best in what conditions. Information will be provided on how to improve drainage, improving dirt roads, considerations for stabilization, methods of stabilization, use of chemical products, experience with stabilization, recommended practices, and maintenance strategies. Also includes information on graveling, chip sealing and paving dirt roads.
