2) @Free of Cost - Share Allocation

Neither require to pay for Directorship Nor any payment for Share Allocation.

3) 49%tage of shares out of Total shares of Company may be allocated among the all new inducted Directors including one existing Director namely Shri Sudhir Kumar Sharma @Free of Cost. Remaining 51%tage to be re-allocated to Mrs Falguni Debnath forever.

a. The aforesaid 49%tage of shares would be allocated/re-allocated as per demand. Henceforth, each new induct Directors should be funded some amount into Company Bank Account as working capital.

i. Above amount may be differed among the Directors, depend on allocation of shares out of 49%tage.

ii. The above amount may be differed on the activity/role of Directors. There are two options are available, one is Active Director and second is Silent/Sleeping Director. Silent Director has to Fund more than Active Director.


4) Expenditure for officially launch and promotion/publicity of Websites/portals for business purpose, all Directors should be funded equally irrespective of Share allocation ratio for smooth functioning of Company for a period of minimum one year or more.

5) After official launch of websites, all Directors should be liable to gain profit/ expend as per ratio of share allocation.

6) All new Directors have to deposit @5000/- instant cash for processing / incorporation, Share Transfer, Digital Signature charges etc. as per requirement.
