Subject to having passed Secondary School Examination(Matriculation or equivalent examination) from a recognizedstatutory Board with 40% marks in 10th class in case of OpenMerit and 37% marks in case of Reserved Category and hav-ing appeared in the Polytechnic Entrance Test held on 10thMay, 2015, the first round of counselling of such candidates asper their ranks for allotment of disciplines and institutions forAdmission to Three Year Polytechnic Diploma Engineering(Polytechnic) Course, 2015 for Jammu Division PolytechnicColleges (Govt. and Private) including Leh & Kargil shall beheld from 16th June, 2015 at BOPEE office, 4th Floor, SouthBlock, Bahu Plaza, Jammu. The Counselling Schedule shallbe notified separately on the official website of BOPEE:www.jakbopee.org and www.jakbopee.net on 12th June, 2015.Registration time for counselling is from 9:00 A.M to 10:30A.M. The candidates must be present personally in the coun-selling along with Electronic Admit Card downloaded by themfrom BOPEE¡¦s website(s). However, due to any unavoidablecircumstances, the candidate may be represented by his/herduly authorized representative with Letter of Authority from thecandidate as per the format prescribed in the DiplomaPolytechnic Information Brochure 2015 in this behalf. The can-didates will have to pay non refundable counselling fee of Rs500/= (five hundred only) through the Point of Sale (POS)machines installed in the J&K BOPEE office, Jammu usinghis/her ATM Card/Debit Card/Credit Card. The latest seatmatrix will be displayed at BOPEE office Jammu and BOPEEwebsite during the period of counselling. The counseling forallotment of Discipline and Institution shall be strictly held asenumerated in the Information Brochure-2015 under headingCOUNSELLING FOR ALLOTMENT OF DISCIPLINE/INSTI-TUTION. The allotment of seats shall be made to the candi-dates on the basis of their Merit/Marks, choice and availabilityof seat at their time of counselling.
