Participation in Thessaloniki International Fair, Thessaloniki (Greece), from 9th to 17th, September, 2017

and 16th Indo-Malaysia Trade Expo-2017 from 7th to 17th October, 2017 at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Applications are invited from the interested Exporters of Odisha for

participation in the Thessaloniki International Fair, Thessaloniki

(Greece), from 9th to 17th, September, 2017 and 16th Indo-Malaysia

Trade Expo-2017 from 7th to 17th October, 2017 at Kuala Lumpur,

Malaysia in prescribed format. The application form and other details

for participation in the International Trade Fair is available in the

website “www.odisha.gov.in / All advertisement”. The last date and

time of submission of application in the prescribed format with all

relevant documents in the office of Directorate of EP&M, 2nd Floor,

Ashoka Market Complex, Odisha, Bhubaneswar-751009 is

dt.20.08.2017 by 5.00 P.M. The applications received by due date in

this Directorate will be scrutinized by a Selection Committee

constituted for the purpose. The Selection of the participants will be

provisional subject to approval by the MSME Department, Government

of Odisha. The authority reserves the right to cancel any or all the

applications without assigning any reason thereof.

Terms and Conditions for participation :

Application form duly filled in and signed should be reached in the

DEP&M by dt.20.08.2017 at 5.00 P.M.

Photo copy of the IEC.

Colour Photo copy of valid Passport of each representatives of

applicant company (maximum two representatives per applicant

company will be allowed).

Export turnover for the last two years certified by Director /

Proprietor / Partner in Company’s letter head.

The applications received by due date would be scrutinized by a

Selection Committee.

The selected exporters have to deposit Rs.10,500/- as security

deposit which will be refundable after successful participation of

the Trade Fair.

The selected exporters have to submit a declaration / undertaking

through an affidavit to agree with all terms and conditions as an

exhibitor in the event.
