Project Management – GE Medical Systems

Recognized as an extremely effective installation manager for GE Medical Systems productsincluding patient monitoring, general x-ray and cath labs.

Created standard installation processes based on best practices to reduce cycle time, minimizecosts, and allow for effective manpower planning and revenue forecasting.Developed complex math model for predicting manpower requirements for a rolling 18-monthwindow.Developed week long training program for installation leaders on project management andinstallation best practices. Project Management – Tyco Electronics / Precision Interconnect

Successfully managed the transfer of a manufacturing cell from the USA to Japan. The projectGantt chart consisted of over 300 critical path tasks. This involved coordinating cross-functionalteams both in the USA and Japan. The project was very successful, ahead of schedule, andunder budget.

Coordinated the launch of a new product line, which was manufactured in the USA using vendorsin the UK with the ultimate customer in Holland.Produced monthly revenues forecasts based on sales projections, customer inventory levels, andmanufacturing capacity.

Service Engineering – GE Medical Systems
