PODS. A Printing On Demand System is made up of two or more DTG printers and a conveyor dryer.

This system maximizes production and avoids downtime. With one Epson® SureColor® F2100

DTG printer you have to wait for each shirt to finish printing before moving on to

the next step. By adding multiple printers you increase your output within the same amount

of time used with just one printer. The ability to print multiple jobs at once is invaluable.

1. PRETREATING THE GARMENT - The Zoom-AE Auto-Drawer is an all-electric, industrial, state-of-the-art pretreat application sprayer ideal for high volume pretreatment at the touch of a button.

2. CURE THE GARMENT TO MAKE IT PRINT READY - The Digi-Star Conveyor Dryer is designed to cure garments after they have been pretreated to make them ready to print.

3. PRINT ON THE GARMENT - Print your high-quality, vibrant graphics on light or dark garments with the Next Generation DTG F2100 printer. Your images will pop right off the shirt.

4. RETURN PRINTED GARMENT TO DRYER FOR CURING - The Digi-Star Conveyor Dryer is an energy-efficient convection-air combo dryer engineered with state-of-the-art, air plenum curing technology specifically designed to cure DTG inks.

Our largest clamshell, the 16" x 20" DK20, opens for full access to the bottom platen. The back of the heat platen raises above and away from the bottom table, providing better access than other clamshell presses. The frame support allows operators to slide shirts over the platen with complete drape space around and underneath the loading area. This press is ideal for environments with space limitations and for users who need more portability and mobility than the over-weight swing away presses.

The DK20 can be easily upgraded to an automatic release press with the "Pop-Up" upgrade for faster production and less mistakes. A twin station option provides the ultimate clamshell dual station light production machine.
