Landbase data collection & GIS map updation

Details of work done:

• Land base data collection was done by conducing house to house contact survey.

• During survey, maps on scale 1:1000 and data formats were used

• The changes found on the ground were updated in the map as and data sheet.

• The data was quality checked using by internal QC module and one provided by client.

• client also conducted quality check and ground check of data for acceptance

• Our GIS personnel were deployed in the client’s premises and had done online updation of client GIS database.

Cadastre Mapping for Minor commands

Details of work done:

• Cadastral database of approximately 4000 villages and other feature layers(17 layers) were processed using irrigation minor command boundaries

• Bilingual interface developed

• Processing and creation of GIS Database for 9027 Kulabas using cadastral maps of nearly 4000 villages

• Land use mapping for more than 6000 sq km using cartosat-I satellite data

• Maps were composed on 4000 scale
