Our App allows for the collection of Damage Assessment and Maintenance data in a room by room, element by element, format to build a total condition report of the entire property.By providing the assessor with prescribed repair treatments for every element of the repair, we enable consistent and concise information transfer to the Quantity Surveyor or Contractor for pricing the works.
COMPLETELY MOBILE
Being iPad-based, our App allows for the assessor to remain completely mobile with no requirement to return to base for upload of information, therefore ensuring maximum productivity per day is achieved.
CONSISTENT DAMAGE RECORDING
Our App features a large database of prescribed treatments for each Architectural element of the building, covering all trades, therefore providing consistency of information back to the Quantity Surveyor or Contractor. By ensuring the consistency of the information gathered, we can ensure the time spent pricing the works by the Quantity Surveyor or Contractor is minimised, therefore saving time and money in the process.
PHOTO CAPTURE
“A picture tells a thousand words” and we have the functionality to provide a complete photographic record of every building, therefore capturing a time stamped “line in the sand” as to Building Condition which can then be used for future insurance negotiation, tenant damage recording or proof of damage in the event of subsequent earthquake events.

As a complete standalone platform, our App functions completely o! line and is therefore not restricted by Internet coverage issues for outlying areas. Once the Assessor is back on line, the information is simply uploaded.
ADDITIONAL MAINTENANCE RECORDING / BETTERMENT / VARIATIONS
While completing the Damage Assessment, our assessors have the tools within the App to record items of deferred maintenance, Client requested Betterment, or foreseen Variations to the repair strategy. These items are outputted separately and can be priced as separate items by the Quantity Surveyor or Contractor.
FULL USER GUIDANCE
Full training and support is provided by way of interactive video based instruction, and on-site training to ensure the assessor utilises the App to the maximum benefit of the company, and more importantly to ensure the extracted result is readily utilised by the Quantity Surveyor and the Contractor.
INTERACTIVE FLOOR LEVEL SURVEY
By importing Floor Plans to the App the assessor has the ability to record a full Floor Level Survey, using a Zip Level, and recording information directly over the floor plan. Again, providing time stamped record of building condition, along with valuable information being provided to the Quantity Surveyor or Contractor for pricing.

We charge a standard rate $80 an hour. To build a complete digital strategy report for you. This takes on average between 12 and 20 hours. There are situations where clients do not have the resources to pay for a complete digital strategy report – we like to cater to them too. In these situations we focus our report on your specific area of concern (e.g. content, imagery, etc.) thereby only spending 6 – 10 hours.
Pricing Medium sized business and above

• It should normally take between 20 – 40 hours to produce a report for a medium size business.
Larger businesses
• Context specific and will need to be quoted separately.
