• This year we have introduced Mass Valuation System based on the market values

• There is app. 6,5 m. properties – 170 b. €, apartments 0,3 m. – 30 b. €, houses 0 45 m – 70 b € business & offices 0 1 m – 20 b € industryhouses 0,45 m. 70 b. €, business & offices 0.1 m 20 b. €, industry 0.03 m. – 7 b. €, agriculture & forest 4.7 m – 19 b. €
