Operations Manager – Digital. A global leading mobile and technology company are looking for an Operations Manager to provide performance and insight data to drive the efficiency and effectiveness of Bought Media marketing activity. As Operations Manager you will oversee the analysis, acquisition and application of performance-based marketing disciplines. If you have Bought Media exposure it would be beneficial, but the key to this role is to ensure the communications of the creative delivery and progress with key stakeholders is achieved. As Operations Manager you will ensure operational effectiveness across all activities, including creative excellence, team communication, and everything is delivered on-time and on-budget. As Digital Operations Manager you will have:

Experience, both client and agency side, of working on a global team, across diverse and numerous markets, delivering globally relevant creative marketing assets

Ability to influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders in Sales & Marketing globally & locally

Expertise in programme/project management methodologies

People leadership - a proven ability to lead, mentor, and empower teams to deliver excellent results

Organizational skills - a proven ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and processes

Production expertise - able to deliver amazing materials and results on time and on budget

Account leadership – excellent written/oral communications, time management, budget planning/financial management, 360-degree campaign integration

Agility & Flexibility

Creative Problem Solver – proven experience with both people and content

Path finder

Lateral thinker

Critical creative eye – proven experience in evaluating creative work and feeding back on ‘brand & ‘brief’

Team player – ability to work with others/delegate to others/share the load

Inspire and influence cross-functional lateral team to deliver excellence across all facets of a marketing campaign or brand asset deliverable

Self-Starter

Capable of putting up healthy boundaries

Critical thinker – must demonstrate experience in questioning business practices, challenging up/down/across when necessary
