The purpose of this proposal is to: 1. Build visibility and awareness of the Goode Foods brand and its

commitment to good health and nutrition.

2. Develop compelling branded content to gain customers’ attention.

PHASE 1 — DISCOVERY & AUDIT

ACG will work with the Goode Foods’ team to learn more about its brand and specific sales and marketing objectives. Areas of focus may include: branded content (photos, videos, images and copy), target customer demographics, customer acquisition cost and lifetime value, sales funnel strategies, marketing software usage and more.

The goal is to fully learn, understand and assess what Goode Foods is currently doing and spending to help us inform next steps in improving and enhancing our marketing strategies.

PHASE 2 — IDEATION, STRATEGY & PLANNING

ACG will ideate and design a strategic plan that will increase awareness and reach new potential customers. Using the insights and data from the Brand Audit & Discovery phase, ACG’s strategic plan will guide the digital marketing and paid advertising efforts. We will ideate on types of promotional programs to execute upon, who to target, and key performance indicators (KPI) to measure effectiveness.

These strategies will help you determine your cost for acquiring new customers. It will also direct the development of content, messaging, and engagement.

PHASE 3 — BRANDED CONTENT DEVELOPMENT

ACG can capture or create compelling branded content that will attract and resonate with your customers. All branded content, from photos and videos to graphics and copy, will reflect your brand, and serve as tools to help attract customers, gain their attention and drive conversions.

PHASE 4 — INTERACTIVE CONTEST PROMOTION

ACG will build awareness of Goode Foods, engage and capture customer data along the way. We will leverage any of our four (4) types of interactive contests: Scratch-off, Spin The Wheel, Gamefication or Sweepstakes. The contests will be designed to reach potential customers and incentivize them to play. The contest will require relevant customer information in order for the customer to play and win. All the touchpoints or interactions with the customer will be captured in the customer’s profile for future targeted marketing opportunities.

*Specific deliverables: A landing page with the contest name, details, suggested rules and graphics, and customer database exported to CSV/Excel spreadsheet.

* Client to provide prizes, odds of winning, redemption and cooperation with the above.

PHASE 5 — SOCIAL ENGAGEMENT & PAID AD MANAGEMENT

ACG will engage with customers leveraging Goode Foods’ Facebook page and paid advertising. We will target the right customers based on key features of the Goode Foods brand, products and geographic locations of the grocery stores carrying the products. The ads will be designed to gain potential customers’ attention and direct them to the contest promotion landing page and capture their information.

Down Payment $2,750 (due upon signing)

Project Length 120 days1 Includes software license with 2,500 TouchPoints and 10,000 emails per month. The first $1,475 payment is due 30 days, 2nd payment due 60 days and 3rd payment due 90 days after the project begins. 2 Client to provide advertising budget. ACG’s recommendation is $500-$700 per month.
