aspects of Information and Communication Technology. In ensuring efficiencyin product development and management, DIGICOINS has developed anorganizational structure that attends to administrative, engineering, andrelationship management functions.

Digital Computers & I nformation Services (DIGICOINS) is composedof three main teams each headed by a competent manager. Each team ischarged with developing key business strategies to position the company inthe contemporary world of information technology. These teams are:

Business Development & Relationship Management Team Engineering Services Team Finance and Administrative Team

1.5.1 Business Development & Relationship Management Team is composed of Business Development, Direct Marketing and CustomerServices Units. These Units are responsible for the following:

Marketing our products and services; Relating with our customers on every level of needs that might

arise from the use of our products and services; Exploring and developing new business opportunities for the

company;

Helping our teeming customers to efficiently and effectivelyunderstand our products and services;

Handling of all Public Relations function of the company.

1.5.2 Engineering Services Team is composed of highly trained andwidely experienced Design, Deployment and Maintenance Engineers,Technologists and other skilled technicians. The team is responsible for thefollowing:
