LG aria’s Call ProcessingCustomer service starts by connecting your custom-ers with the person or service they want as quicklyand efficiently as possible. The intelligence, powerand user friendliness of the LG aria give you theabililty to ensure callers get the level of service youwant them to receive.

Starting with basic features such as Directing DiallingInward (DDI), callers are able to contact directly theperson or department they require. More advancedprocessing features such as ACD Groups, perferredline answer priority (PLA), and DDI in-routing providecall queuing, priority and routing to process calls andlocate available staff to handle your customer’s calls.

When employees are away from their desk, LG aria’smobility options such as DECT or paging will connectcallers and stop telephone tagging. Employees onthe road can have their calls forwarded off-net totheir mobile, providing callers transparent connec-tions. LG aria’s PC Attendant ConsoleLG aria’s PC based attendant console, the EZ-Attend-ant, can help process calls quickly and accurately inhigh call volume environments. It support up to 5 at-tendants and integrates database from Microsoft’sExcel, Access and Outlook, from ACT or Goldmine. Itwill match up the incoming calls, CLI to the name of thecaller on your database so your receptionist can seewho the callers are in the queue. And it can display thestatus of all handsets, including other sites that arenetworked so your receptionist can see at a glance whois on the phone.

The Ez-Attendant provides basic system administrationfeatures such as the ability to change the class ofservice (COS) of handsets, change the extension namedisplay, adjust time and day and programme flexiblebuttons on any handset.

Your receptionist can attend to calls via their handset,PC using a mouse or by assigning “hot key” functionssuch as answer, transfer, hold, etc. to any keys on theirkeyboard.

TheLDP7016D and LDP7024D handsets support additionalfeatues such as the call progress active keys, whichoffer fast one touch activiation of message retrievalfeatures.
