A FAX FUNCTIONALITY) PROVIDE THE PERFECT SOLUTION.

Equipped with HyPAS technology, both systems allow for the

integration of workfl ows individually tailored to users, mak-

ing them highly flexible and user-friendly office partners.

What’s more, the systems also increase team productivity

thanks to impressive copy and print speeds: They deliver

26 A4 pages or 13 A4 pages in duplex mode per minute, ei-

ther in b/w or colour. With a short warm-up time of only

29 seconds and a fast fi rst colour copy after 12 or b/w copy

after 10 seconds, they maintain a high pace. And there are

various other features for effi cient working. For example, an

auto reverse document feeder with a capacity of 50 sheets,

duplex mode for two-sided, paper- and time-saving printing,

and high-speed scanning at 35 (b/w) or 25 (colour) A4 pages

per minute. Scanning is also where speed meets versatility:

The range of options includes Scan to PC, Scan to e-mail,

Scan to FTP, Scan to USB and TWAIN- and WIA-scan. A lot of

fl exibility is also off ered when it comes to paper manage-

ment. The standard paper capacity of 300 sheets can be ex-

panded to 1,300 sheets, allowing even large print runs to be

performed without having to refi ll the paper cassette. And

as regards paper formats, the whole range from A6R to A4

is supported. The list of features is rounded off by 1 GB RAM

system memory (expandable to 2 GB RAM) and an optional

Card Authentication Kit for easy and secure authentication

at the system – positively proving that the two systems are

true all-rounders.
