HanmiGlobal pro-actively pursues CM diversification strategies to lead changes in the field. During 2005, we introduced CM-

at-Risk, which assimilates conventional domestic CM methodology with advanced International CM methods.

We differentiated our services by providing CM service during Pre-Construction stage and undertaking role of a contractor

during Construction stage. This project delivery method enables open book policy 1), GMP 2), and Fast Track method 3) which

lead to reduced cost and construction time, improved quality and transparency.

CM at RiskConstruction Supervision

Construction supervision undertakes the responsibilities of a site manager, including overall specification review, quality

control, testing, design and construction review, approvals, and more.
