ALL ATHLETES NEED A BALANCED DIET TO PRODUCE ENERGY THROUGH THE USE OF CARBOHYDRATES AND FATS. ALONGSIDE THESE WE NEED ESSENTIAL PROTEINS, VITAMINS AND MINERALS

AROUND 55 – 60% OF THE DIET HAS TO BE CARBOHYDRATES
