B – CASTINGS
• In our production the following Al alloys are used: - AlSi9Cu3 DIN 226- AlSi12 DIN 230- AlSi12Cu3 DIN 231- AlSi10Mg DIN 239- SILAFONT
• In accordance with the customer requirements we can submit the atest of the used material
• maximal weight of the casting is 12 kg

C – QUALITY ASSURANCE
• We fully respect the customers requirements• APQP • The serial production follows after PPAP confirmed by
our customer and 3D• Before starting the production the Control list (“OLN”)
is made for each product• Auto-Control is carried out in the process• The quality of castings is checked permanently by X-ray
and spectro analysis of material
