The Jacobs Center for Neighborhood Innovation (JCNI) has partnered with UCSD Extension to collect data on the Diamond Neighborhoods, in the hopes that this data will empower organizations that address and enhance the social and economic wellbeing of San Diego's Diamond Neighborhoods. The following document includes public data that the UCSD Extension research team has analyzed thus far.TRANSCRIPT
