1. Summary During April, 2006, Explor Resources completed Phase II of their exploration program, consisting of an 1149m long NQ diamond drill hole on their Eastford Lake Gold property. The program tested the geophysical interpretation that interbedded Fe-tholeiitic and komatiitic volcanics entered the property from a northwesterly direction and were truncated by an east-west striking shear zone. Similar lithological and structural relationships in the Porcupine Gold Camp have hosted world class gold deposits. The drill hole did indeed cut multiple contacts of mafic and ultramafic volcanics as well as feldspar and quartz-feldspar intrusions. Anomalous gold concentrations up to 0.24 gpt / 1.9m and 0.24 gpt / 0.7m were encountered in pyritic shear zones.

Phase III of the exploration program is recommended to consist of 7 NQ diamond drill holes totaling 21 OOm. All up cost is estimated at $250,000. The drill program would systematically test two specific environments in the target area. Firstly, the locations where the mafic/ultramafic volcanic contacts are truncated by the pyritic shear zone would be drilled. These are the most likely locations for economic gold deposition. Secondly, locations of magnetic lows, suggestive of strong carbonate alteration along the shear zone would be drilled .

2. Introduction and Terms of Reference This is a report of diamond drilling carried out during 2006 by Explor Resources Inc. on their Eastford Lake Gold Property in northeastern Ontario.

3. Property Description and Location The Eastford Lake Gold Property consists of 137 units in 13 contiguous staked mineral claims, totaling approximately 2,200 hectares.

The property is located in Kerrs, Warden and Milligan Townships and Rayner Lake Area, approximately 90 kilometres east-northeast of Timmins, Ontario, in the Larder lake Mining division, northeastern Ontario, Canada. Its location is coded in National Topographic System (NTS) 42 119, in the vicinity of Universal Transverse Mercator (DTM) coordinates Zone 17, 565000E, 5395000N (Fig. 1)

4. Accessibility Access is from paved highway 101, about 15 kilometres east of Matheson, Ontario. A good all-weather gravel road proceeds northward along the Munro Esker, passing through the centre of the property, about 18 kilometres north of highway 101. Old logging roads branch off this road to provide good access to all parts of the property.

5. History The first significant mineral exploration work carried out in this area was by Kennco Exploration (Canada) Limited ("Kennco"). Kennco was attracted by reports of recoverable gold particles in soils of the Munro Esker. Especially interesting was the occurrence of visible gold-bearing quartz boulders in western Milligan Township, just southwest of Chesney Bay of Abitibi Lake. It is not clear from government assessment files who found the gold/quartz boulders or when. However, Vagners, 1965, reported that samples from 11 quartz boulders in a SSE trending train assayed an average of 0.328 ounce of gold per ton. Recent assays have confirmed the presence of high grade gold.

In 1964, Kennco had Canadian Aero Mineral Surveys Limited fly an airborne geophysical survey (EM and Magnetics) over portion of Warden, Kerrs and Milligan Townships. This was followed by an I.P. survey by McPhar Geophysics Limited and a reconnaissance Turam survey. The I.P. survey was not successful in penetrating the deep overburden and sampling bedrock. An orientation soil sampling survey was done for gold particles in the Munro Esker.

During 1965, Kennco carried out a detailed program of surface sand sampling on 400 foot centres of the Munro Esker for gold and mercury content. They also completed a limited seismic survey and drilled 10 diamond drill holes totaling 1,542 feet.

Anomalous contents of gold grains in the sand samples were found within an area of the property l.5 miles in length and 0.75 miles in width. This anomalous region is centred on a point about 600 metres east ofthe north end of Eastford Lake. This large anomaly can be further reduced into 3 main clusters, the strongest and most coherent having its northern boundary just northeast of the north end of Eastford Lake. Within this main cluster, the gold grain concentrations demonstrate a group of northwest trending anomalies, coincident with the till distribution pattern of the latest ice advance, the Matheson till. The significance of this observation will be discussed later. Kennco's mercury survey showed that anomalous mercury in soil distribution is roughly coincident with the northern extent of strongly anomalous gold. The strongest and most coherent mercury anomaly occurs in an east-west orientation just north and northeast of Eastford lake.

Kennco's 10 diamond drill holes encountered mainly intermediate to mafic volcanic rocks. Minor amounts of pyrite and traces of chalcopyrite were found. Quartz-carbonate

• veins were common but none assayed greater than 0.01 ounce of gold per ton.

7

Page 8: DIAMOND DRILL RPT KERRS WARDEN MILLIAN TWPS · Fig. 2 - Claim Distribution and Location of Drill Hole EG-06-01 ..... 6 Diamond Drill Cross-section and Plan in Back of Report Fig

During 1966, Kennco conducted additional Turam EM and magnetic surveys and I.P. surveying, and completed 3,085 feet of diamond drilling. The diamond drilling intersected a large area of quartz porphyry, rhyolite and peridotite. These rocks were often highly carbonatized and fractured with small amounts of pyrite and pyrrhotite. Gold assays were no greater than 0.01 oz per ton. Core size was AX.

During 1976-77, Denison Mines prospected NE Warden Township including the area of the quartz/gold boulder train in an attempt to find the bedrock source of the float. They based their exploration program on reports by Vagners (1965) and Wahl (1974) who both concluded that the gold/quartz boulders were not contained in the Munro Esker but were rather part of a later ice advance from the north-northwest.

Denison's program re-examined evidence of glacial movement. They con finned movement from the northwest or north-northwest. They also attempted to fmd areas of high bedrock relief, i.e., thin overburden cover, which might be enriched with quartz veining and could have provided the source which was sampled by the later ice advance. High resolution airborne magnetic data, combined with EM34 identified two till covered bedrock highs 1,200 to 1,600 metres northwest ofFord Lake, 2.5 kilometres northwest of the gold/quartz boulder train. Six diamond drill holes were recommended to test these areas. Two diamond drill holes for a total of 1,603 feet were drilled on the large northernmost bedrock high. Andesite and equivalent dykes were found. Only five samples were assayed for gold. The best assay was 0.002 oz per ton gold.

In 1984, Bay Ressources and Services Inc. carried out a soil sampling program for gold in the area east and north of Eastford Lake. This is part of the area previously sampled by Kennco. However, Bay Ressources sampled at more detailed 200 foot centres in an attempt to detennine the viability of economically recovering gold from the till. This survey confirmed the gold in till anomaly found by Kennco but seemed to indicate a much sharper northern cut-off coincident with Kennco's mercury anomaly just northeast of the north end of Eastford Lake.

In 1997, Wahlex Limited carried out additional work on the area of the bedrock high drilled by Denison Mines in 1976. This program consisted of a detailed ground magnetometer survey to re-establish the location of the bedrock high, followed by 14 overburden drill holes and two diamond drill holes. The drill holes intersected mafic volcanics with numerous narrow anastomosing quartz carbonate veins. No assays were reported.

In 2004, the property vendors discovered many boulders of friable, carbonatized quartz porphyry and fuchsitic carbonatized ultramafics in the immediate vicinity of the northwest end ofthe gold/quartz boulder train. The same year, the property was visited by Mr Gerhard Meyer, Resident Geologist, Ministry of Northern Development and Mines, Kirkland Lake, Ontario. Mr Meyer sampled some of the quartz boulders over a

• distance of about 400 mteres. He received gold assays up to 3.0 oz per ton.

8

Page 9: DIAMOND DRILL RPT KERRS WARDEN MILLIAN TWPS · Fig. 2 - Claim Distribution and Location of Drill Hole EG-06-01 ..... 6 Diamond Drill Cross-section and Plan in Back of Report Fig

In 2005, Golden Valley Mines visited the property and took samples along the gold/quartz boulder train. Visible gold was noted in three locations, as well as abundant tellurides in one location. They received assays up to 22.47 g/t from a boulder showing visible gold, and 201.63 g/t from a boulder with visible tellurides.

In 2005, Explor Resources Inc. optioned the property and carried out ground VLF and magnetic surveying. Geophysical interpretation suggested that interbedded Fe-tholeiitic and komatiitic volcanics enter the property from a northwesterly direction and are truncated by an east-west striking shear zone. Similar lithological and structural relationships in the Porcupine Gold Camp have hosted world class gold deposits.

6. Geological Setting

6.1. Regional Bedrock and Quaternary Geology The regional geology of the Eastford Lake area is shown on Ontario Geological Survey Map P.3398, "Geological Compilation of the lake Abitibi Area, Abitibi Greenstone Belt" and O.G.S. Map 2205, "Timmins - Kirkland Lake". The property appears to lie on the south limb of a west plunging anticline of primarily mafic volcanic rocks.

Regional Quaternary Geology is summarized on O.G.S. Map 2652, "Quaternary Geology, Matheson Area".

6.2. Property Bedrock and Quaternary Geology and Mineralization As overburden ranges from about 50 to 90 metres in thickness, and no outcrops are known on or near the property, local geology is interpreted from diamond drilling and geophysical surveys.

Most diamond drill holes encountered mafic volcanics. Limited whole rock analyses indicate Fe-thoeiitic basalts. Kennco's logs described andesites and dacites. An airborne magnetic survey shows a roughly circular magnetic low surrounding Eastford lake. Kennco interpreted this magnetic low to represent a granitic body. Angular float SE of the anomaly suggests a quartz porphyry intrusion and fuchsitic ultramafic volcanics.

The property is underlain largely by the Munro Esker and its associated outwash sands, so that, with the exception of a few small kettle lakes, it is sandy and dry. In 1977, John Wah~ ofW.G. Wahl Limited, did a detailed study of glacial features such as fluting in the vicinity of the gold/quartz boulder train. Till fabric studies and the geometry and orientation of the gold-bearing quartz boulder train indicated the till hosting the quartz boulders represents a post-esker re-advance from the north-northwest direction.

Although no bedrock mineralization of significance has been intersected in the limited amount of historical drilling on the property, there has been abundant gold found in glacial till. This is manifested as a large complex gold geochemical anomaly just east of Eastford Lake, and, a strong glacial boulder train of gold-bearing quartz boulders trending SSE form the SE comer of Eastford Lake. As mentioned earlier in the "History"

9

Page 10: DIAMOND DRILL RPT KERRS WARDEN MILLIAN TWPS · Fig. 2 - Claim Distribution and Location of Drill Hole EG-06-01 ..... 6 Diamond Drill Cross-section and Plan in Back of Report Fig

section of this report, Vagners, 1965, reported that samples from 11 quartz boulders in a SSE trending train assayed an average of 0.328 ounce of gold per ton. Recent assays by the property vendors, by Explor Resources and by others have confirmed the presence of high grade gold in the boulder train. The gold occurs both as visible gold and in tellurides.

7. 2005 Diamond Drill Program

7.1. Purpose of 2006 Drilling Program Geophysical surveying by Explor Resources in late 2005 and diamond drilling by Sage Resources on the adjacent property to the north suggested that interbedded mafic volcanics and ultramafics striking roughly southeast enter the property from the northwest. Sage Resources found sub-economic gold mineralization associated with these rocks. Furthermore, geophysics show a shear zone striking roughly east-west truncating the mafic and ultramafic volcanics on the Eastford Lake Gold Property in the immediate vicinity of the northern extent of the gold-in-till anomaly and Kennco's soil mercury anomaly. A similar combination of structure and lithologies is known to host important gold ore deposits in the Porcupine Gold Camp and elsewhere. Diamond drilling was planned to verify the interpreted geology and to test for anomalous gold on the mafic/ultramafic contacts and in the interpreted shear zone .

7.2. Nature of 2005 Drilling Program One NQ diamond drill hole totaling 1149m was drilled to cut multiple interpreted mafic/ultramafic volcanic contacts and to continue southwestward through the interpreted shear zone.

7.3. Drilling Results

EG-06-01 The diamond drill hole was spotted on line 400E, 625N, dipping -50 deg toward azimuth 205 deg. UTM(NAD83) coordinates are 17U 533014E, 5395829N.

After casing 59m, the hole entered dark green, variolitic, pillowed (Fe-tholeiitic 1) basalt. At 217m the hole passed into peridotitic komatiites and then basaltic komatiites. From 412.9 to the end of the hole at 1149m, the drill hole cut variably silicified and ankeritized basalts intruded repeatedly by feldspar porphyry and quartz-feldspar porphyry dykes or sills. Generally, degree of alteration of the basalts and content of mineralization increased down the hole. Strong, pyritic deformation zones were found in the basalt at 915. 1-917m and at 1018-1019.3m. The two deformation zones contained anomalous gold values, 0.24 glt / 2.1m and 0.24 glt / 0.7m respectively.

8. Conclusions The diamond drill program confirmed the interpretation of geophysical surveying. Interbedded iron-rich basalts and ultramafic volcanics were found. Two pyritic shear zones containing strongly anomalous gold values were also intersected. Lithological and

• structural features typical of important gold camps, and anomalous gold values have been confIrmed on this property by this diamond drilling program.

9. Recommendations During Phase I of Explor's exploration program, reinterpretation of historic data and completion of Mag and VLF geophysical surveys suggested that the bedrock source of ore-grade quartz boulders may exist on the Eastford Lake property. Phase II, drilling of diamond drill hole EG-06-01, confIrmed the presence of gold-bearing rocks and structure typical of world class gold camps.

Phase III is recommended to consist of 7 NQ diamond drill holes totaling 21 OOm. All up cost is estimated at $250,000. The drill program will systematically test two specifIc environments in the target area. Firstly, the locations where the mafIc/ultramafic volcanic contacts are truncated by the pyritic shear zone would be drilled. These are the most likely locations for economic gold deposition. Secondly, locations of magnetic lows, suggestive of strong carbonate alteration along the shear zone would be drilled.
