In any case the Root Cause Analysis prerequisites as listed in SAP note 1483508, must be addressed first of all. Also, refer to SAP note 1472465 to have indications on the points to pay attention to while modeling or verifying the Managed Systems Product Instances assignments. Supported Products and Prerequesites by SAP Solution Manager SP: o SAP Solution Manager 7.1 SP01 and SP02 Find below the restrictions per Product concerning Root Cause Analysis End-to-End Tools support. The following abbreviations are used: WA for E2E Workload Analysis, EA for E2E Exception Analysis, CA for E2E Change Analysis and TA for E2E Trace Analysis (using Internet Explorer / SAPGui). The term E2E Tools refers specifically to the following set of tools: WA, EA, CA, TA. Note that the other non End-to-End tools like File System Browser are always supported.
