LIVE STREAM COURSE Although we would have hoped and preferred to host our CME course in person this year as we have done in the past, we also understand that the pandemic has caused significant restriction to in-person educational events. The health and safety of our meeting attendees, faculty, staff, and those that provide infrastructure support at the meeting venue are of primary importance to us. The course will now be live streamed for CME credit for registrants.
