Pray and Praise God the Holy Spirit

The Holy Spirit is fully God and powerful to answer prayer. Christians in the NT communicated with Him.

• In response to prayer and fasting, the Holy Spirit DIRECTLY answers the Christians at Antioch to the work for which HE has called them. “As they ministered to be the Lord and fasted, the Holy Spirit said,

‘separate to Me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them” Acts 13:2

• The will of the Holy Spirit was known by the apostles and elders in Jerusalem. This also implies direct communication with Him. “For it seemed good to the Holy Spirit, and to us, to lay upon you no

greater burden than these necessary things” Acts 15:28

• The Holy Spirit communicates DIRECTLY to Paul: “except that the Holy Spirit testifies in every city, saying that chains

and tribulations await me” Acts 20:23
