5. Who were the people involved in the expansion? I think, everyone. Because we believe that all our employees are our brand when we talk with clients, everything that we do is a reflection of our company our expansion is. Our expansion is a vision of our boss, our president and at the end of the day that vision is not realized through our work through the hard work of its employees, nothing will happen. It’s a combination of the vision and hard work of its employees. So I think the marriage of these two elements make the company that we are today 6. What were the preparations that were made in the expansion? Of course, there were feasibility studies , understand the market, understand the business, know your strengths, weaknesses, think of the opportunities, and threats, so we have to consider everything. And looking forward, what are the challenges, and how to resolve the issues, so its understanding the business to its full scope, the strengths weaknesses opportunities strengths and invest in the field where we can grow more and develop people. Because in the service industry, people is our asset. That’s why we devote most of our investment in our employees, we train them and make sure that when they go out in the field, they carry the brand of aidea. 8. Was there any failure in the expansion? I don’t think there is a failure. There would be some issues along the way but failure was never an option because we will not expand if there is a failure. The challenge is in how we turn this around I guess where we are today we have done successfully. 7. What makes aidea different from other firm? We invested in technology, so we prepared ourselves to technology because I think that the advantage of our campany is that we leverage in our technology. Because in a design firm design is very subjective and what may be beautiful to the people. Everything is three dimensional. We spend more time on the creative process and less on the production process because of the technology that we use. If you are familiar with BIM, that is what we use. We dont do anymore 2d drawings. Everything is 3 dimensional, its virtually constructing building in computer. If you want to generate plans, sections, its derived from a model.Everything that we do here is technology based. We push the envelope that such we are not just on the design part of the building but up to the entire cycle from the flexibility up to the management of the building our company offers four major expertise: architecture, planning, interior design and graphics environment. We offer an integrated holistic approach in terms of design. We offer a comprehensive design that carries a uniform language.

11. What is your advice to aspiring architecture students to excel in the field of architecture? Ofcourse, is to be patient. Young generation like you now a days tend to be impatient. You want instant answers, instant gratification. Sometimes you are being blinded when money is involved. You wont invest your time in developing yourself. Work hard first and develop yourself first. Be patient, dont rush things. Invest in the early stages. You really have to learn and work hard before you can get where you really want to be.
