• Geographical Location : In JAIPUR district north side 30 km ahead on NH 11-C situated ACHROL village. There BHARTI FOUNDATION is running SATYA BHARTI schools in amber block . our school SBGPS KANYA ACHROL situated 2 km . ahead from ACHROL stand in front of power house

• Cultural Background : Our school community members are mostly belong to sc category. Their economical & educational status is so poor. mostly people do labor work and their living status is low. They wear simple costumes.

• Role of Satya Bharti School in the Village : SATYA BHARTI school is a role model school in our village because we gives quality education and prepare to every child for life .they learn art of living and how can we struggle?

• • Participation in Design for Giving School Contest: we saw it is danger problem in our community because there is so much gender discrimination in community.

• Still girls are a heavy wait for the parents.

• Still girl child not getting sufficient love and food that they need for survive.

• Still girl child getting killed by their parents.

• They does not know It is all because they are girl.

7. Case of Aachuki

• Aachuki is studying in class 5 th of Satya bhart primary school Balika Achrol.

• She has 4 elder sisters and 1 younger brother.

• First time she came to know about her name when her teacher ask the meaning of her name.

• The teacher sensitized her and made him understand about the meaning of her name.

• Aachuki is very shy in nature she did not know what to do and she asked her teacher to change her name.

• Aachuki went to her home with her teacher for getting her name changed but teacher also got stunned when she came to know that parent requested her to change the date of birth of Aachuki for early marriage purpose. Teacher made understand her parents that the name that she got for a blank purpose is effecting her personality and they sensitized parents to change Aachukis name and also suggested the process to change the name to build the uniqueness of Aachuki.

We Did:

9. Impact on Community: Family realized their mistake and agreed to change the name of Aachuki . After that the parents of nearby community are avoiding the name Aachuki. Girls are now aware about the discrimination that they faces at home and other places.

10. Now Aachuki is Kiran and The name suggested by her mother.

11. Impact on Us: Teachers of nearby schools changed the names that are gender sensitive and badly effecting the personality of girls. Teachers are doing special training to build life skills in girls for get them their self respect.
