They are placed randomly on the glass surface anticipating to put in use. Once or twice in every year, my ears get examined. My hearing aids get calibrated and replacing the tubes to maintain its working order. Then, the audiologist put them in my ears. For. every. single. time. As you can see a shadow forming underneath, this shadow never goes away. Audiologists or ENTs didn't see it. This shadow is a constant reminder that no matter what kind of tools, devices, and accessories are available; there is always the need for language. American Sign Language. Language first. American Sign Language first, and always will be.
