CoalMont Pty Ltd is an Australian private company

focused on the exploration and development of the Michel

Creek coking coal licenses in British Colombia, Canada.

The three wholly owned coal license applications contain a significant non-JORC

inventory of coking quality coal. The Company is raising funds to delineate a Resource

Target on Loop Ridge in Q3 2012, followed by a confirmation drilling program on the

Loop Ridge and Michel Head areas in 2013. The Company aims to define an open-cut

resource base of 50-75Mt to sustain a 20 year, 2-3Mtpa ROM export mining operation.

The Company intends to seek an IPO in 2013, subject to market conditions.

Projects Overview

Crowsnest Coalfield: CoalMont holds three coal license applications known as Loop

Ridge, Tent Mountain and Michel Head in the Crowsnest area of southeast British

Columbia. The Cowsnest Coalfield is one of Canada’s premier hard coking coal

producing regions.

Three Projects; 1,600 ha on private land: The Loop Ridge and Tent Mountain coal

properties are single coal licence applications, each with a total area of 500 hectares.

The Michel Head coal property is comprised of a single coal licence application with a

total area of 600 hectares. All licenses are located on private land.

Infrastructure: The Loop Ridge, Tent

Mountain and Michel Head areas are

located 15km, 25km and 30km

respectively southeast of Sparwood, B.C.

All three of the licence application areas

are within kilometres of the Canadian

Pacific railway (CP), which connects the

area to export bulk commodity ports on the

west coast of Canada.

Mid-volatile hard coking coal: Raw and

clean coal quality expectations for the

Loop Ridge property are based on historic

assay summary data. The results indicate

a Mid - Volatile Bituminous Coking Coal,

similar to the coal produced at the Elkview

mine.
