You need to delve deep into the leadership challenges you face as a senior manager in your organisation to find out how you can lead your team and those around you effectively to achieve and exceed your organisational goals.

This workshop has been developed with industry professionals to go deep into addressing the major challenges to leadership you are facing or are likely to face. It will provide a highly focused and interactive environment in which you can jointly develop a detailed implementation framework with your peers, which will include an action plan, applicable models and solutions to the challenges you will face as a leader. These will be collated into a workshop report which will include all presentations, recommendations and discussion summaries that you can take back to your organisation and be able to apply right away.
