Developing a community of managers

Embrace both the scale and diversity of our people managers, to build a strong self

supporting community across all teams in FB Ireland

Community initiatives would all be designed with similar principles of

thought in mind: To inspire, create networking opportunity and to build

capability

The success of the community would be measured via direct feedback, attendance

& participation, engagement survey results (manager dimension) and performance

metrics
