Pathways to Apprenticeships is designed to help you gain theskills required to successfully gain employment as an apprenticeand improve your long term prospects to help you achieve your career ambition.

Training is suitable for those who are:

• Unemployed, not currently in education and have little work experience. • Aged 16 to 24, who have not yet achieved a full level 3 qualification. A full level 3 qualification is equivalent to 2 or more A Level passes.

Pathways to Apprenticeships will allow you to develop a rangeof skills which will enable you to apply for apprenticeships or employment. You will also receive a reference as well ascontinued support from our Employment Gateway.

Who is it aimed at?
