Stock your refrigerator with organic Non-GMO foods from your detox shopping list and Cookbook.

Take 5-long deep breaths before each meal and stay in the present moment during your meal without TV, or cell phone use. Walk at least 10-minutes after each meal to help your digestion.

Drink 32-64 ounces of filtered water in glass or stainless steel water bottle. X X
Chew your food about 25-times or until its liquid to support digestion X X X X
Walk 30 minutes a day. Get in nature if you can. X X X
Take your probiotic before you go to bed with a glass of water or first thing in the morning at least 20-minutes before you eat and 2-3 hours before meds.

Take a Digest Enzyme with both lunch and dinner. (Dinner is most important.) X X X
Eliminate: Caffeine, Alcohol, Sugar, Processed food, Store bought baked goods, Fast food

Take 2 Detox Formula capsules morning and night with water for first 2-days. Then go to 2-capsules morning, mid-day and night for 8-days (6-capsules/day). You'll then be on the detox formula for 10 days. On the 11th day go back to 2 capsules in the morning and mid-day. That will complete your formula. Note: If it’s too much to take 3-times a day stay with 2 capsules morning and night until you’ve finished the bottle.

Have a detox shake each morning for 6-days. On the 7th day and for the next 4-days have detox shake for breakfast and dinner. 11th day go back to detox shake only for breakfast for the remaining week.

Colon Cleanse (Drink 8-ounces 3-4 x’s a day for four-days with or without food). Mix 8-ounces of distilled or purified water in glass or stainless steel container with 1-2 tablespoons of Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar (ORACV). Add lemon to help with taste. Fifth morning do a salt-flush: Dissolve one-two teaspoons of non-iodized sea salt (such as Pink Himalayan sea salt) in one quart (four cups) of warm water. Add lemon for taste. Drink quickly on an empty stomach. Stay home.
