Blue: low stressedRed: high stressed
Low stressed (MPIA):P=8.5x10-14 W, Tdet = 3.5 KHigh stressed (MPE):P=1x10-12 W, Tdet = 1.9 K
• Responsivity: - low stressed: R > 5 A/W @ 160 mV bias
- high stressed: R> 15 A/W @ 40 mV bias
• QE: - low stressed: compared to earlier attempts better knowledge of absolute flux level but read-out noise too high to allow determination of QE
- high stressed: QE= 25% @ 30 mV – 36% @ 60 mV bias
