On 05.09.2017 our MBA students felicitated our department staff on the eve of Teachers Day
2017 celebrations.
NOVEMBER 2017
On 18.11.2017 MBA students have organised prize distribution programmeUniversity IPL
Cricket tournament organized by MBA Students in the Palamuru university ground. Chief Guest
Prof. B. Rajarathnamgaru, Hon'ble Vice Chancellor, Guest of honor Prof I. Panduranga Reddy
garu, Distinguished guests Dr. VangeerpuramSreenatha Chary, Principal, Dr. Prabhakar Reddy,
Principal, Mr. Balraj Goud, Physcial Director, Dr. Kumara Swamy, Vice Principal, Mr. Vinod
kumar, SC/ST Cell Director, MrGalenna, Mr. B. Nagaraju, Mr. Suresh and Mr S.N. Arjun
Kumar were present alongwith Winners MBA students Runners Maths Students and JAC &
AISF leaders Prakash and Ramu were present.

Ms. Sana Zubedi, MBA II year student has won second prize (cash prize of Rs. 1000) in
national seminar for paper presentation conducted by SVITS Engg. College, Mahabubnagar.

Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports: Govt of India conducted from 14th to 15th July 2017 at
Institute of Co-operative Management (ICM), Rajendranagar, Hyderabad

On 19.08.2017 Mr S.N. Arjun Kumar have involved in stopping drug abuse - NSS programme at
Palamuru University and delivered a lecture on the role of NSS volunteers in stopping drug
abuse. The programmeorganised by M. Galenna, NSS PO and speakers P. Silas and Dr.

On 25.11.2017 Mr S.N. Arjun Kumar have taken a extension lecture of Principles of Marketing
at MVS Degree and PG college for M.Com students.

On 05.01.2018 Mr. S.N. Arjun Kumar Ph.D. Viva-voce has been completed under the guidance
of supervisor Prof. K. Mallikarjuna Reddygaru, Dept of Business Management, UCC&BM,
Osmania University, Hyderabad
On 20.01.2018 Mr. S.N. Arjun Kumar have been awarded Doctorate in Management by
Department of Business Management, UCC&BM, Osmania University, Hyderabad.

On 05.05.2017 in our department of business management have organised a career awareness
lecture. Muralidhar technologies an organisation which trains M.COM and MBA students on
financial analysis and make them attend interviews in MNCs like Capital IQ, Genpac, Facet, etc.,

On 16.09.2017 Dr. Chetan Srivatsava, Associate Professor, SMS, UOH, Hyderabad has
delivered guest lecture on Stress and Time Management to MBA and MCOM students at
auditorium, Palamuru University.
NOVEMBER 2017
On 07.11.2017 Blind fold game was conducted in the department of Business management for
MBA I year students to interpret the leadership skills importance.
On 07.11.2017 Arm wrestling game was conducted in the Department of Business Management
by me for MBA I year students (It is to explain conflict management)
07.11.2017 A word power game was conducted in the department of business management by
me in this game the four teams with 8 members were formed each one should write 8 synonyms
for conflict and each team should finalise only 8 words. It’s a competition between teams and no
team should have same words. It is a team building game.(MBA First year students)
On 08.11.2017 Group discussion has been conducted for MBA I year students in the department
of business management by me.
08.11.2017Innovative Quiz Competition was conducted in the Department of Business
Management by me MBA I year students were divided into 4 teams they have to prepare
questions on Environment, Education, Health and Technology and ask the other teams.

On 06.01.2018Dr. JayapalReddy, Associate Professor Department of Physics our new principal
of University College, Palamuru University, Mahabubnagar has addressed M.Com and MBA
students. Sir was welcomed by MBA, M.Com students and staff.
On 9.1.2018 in our Business Management Department Ethnic / Traditional day has been
conducted and celebrated bhogi festival all the MBA students and staff dressed intraditional
wear. In this programmeHon'ble Vice Chancellor Prof. B. Rajarathnamgaru, Dr. D.
Madhusudhan Reddy garu OSD to VC and Dr. M. Jayapal Reddy garu principal were present.
On January 24 2018 (Voters Day) in our Department of Business Management we conducted
Quiz competition on voting and MBA II year students gave awareness on significance of Voting.
Three broad groups were formed with names of former election commissioners viz., V.S. Rama
Devi, S.Y. Quraishi, M.S. Gill. These groups gave introduction of former election
commissioners. With this event students got awareness on voting, possible questions on voting
and introduction of former election commissioners. Overall a event organised by seniors and
Juniors exhibited their team spirit
On 30.01.2018 Guest lecture on Value based education has delivered by Prof. R. Nageswar Rao
sir Dean Department of Business Management UCC&BM Osmania University to MBA and
M.Com students at Auditorium, Academic Block, Palamuru University, Mahabubnagar.

On 08.02.2018 MBA II years have celebrated freshers' day. The programme has been graced by
three principals Dr. M. Jaipal Reddy garu, university PG College, Dr. V.Prabhakar Reddy garu,
College of pharmaceutical,Prof. Narsimulugaru, college of education and Physical Director Mr
Balraj Goud garu. During the programme faculty of department of business management and
students felicitated all the delegates, staff and Dr. S.N. Arjun Kumar on acquiring PhD.
On 24.02.2018 in our department of business management have conducted programme called "
Collage". It is a piece of art that incorporates a variety of materials. It often involves gluing
things like paper, cloth, or found objects onto a canvas or board and incorporating that into a
painting or composition. By this students experiences the team building, communications skills,
presentation skills, best use of waste, innovativeness, creativity, negotiations.. We divided
students into teams and given theme on that they have gathered the pictures and performed
collage activity. In this programme our faculty members Mr. Javeed and Ms. Nagasudha and Dr
S.N. Arjun Kumar.

On 05.03.2018 Shatranj 2k18 Management fiesta poster release was conducted by department of
business management in this programme Prof. B. Rajarathnam Vice Chancellor, Prof. I.
Panduranga Reddy Registrar , Dr. Madhusudhan Reddy OSD to VC, Dr. M.Jaipal Reddy,
Principal, University P.G. College, Faculty members of department of business management and
students were present. Shatranj-2k18 to be conducted for MBA and BBA of erstwhile
Mahabubnagar district colleges at Palamuru University Campus on 17.03.2018. First of this kind.
On 17.03.2018 a memorable and prestigious event that Management fiesta " Shatranj 2018" was
conducted in auditorium, academic block, Palamuru University, Mahabubnagar. Colleges
participated in the fiesta are JPNCE, SVITS, Adarsha, Mahabubnagar, Swami
vivekanandaCollege,Shadnagar, PUPG centre, Kollapur and University College,PU. First
programme of this in these10 years. This has been successful with the support of MBA II & I
years students, Staff, Participating colleges/Staff/students, Sponsors and all the dignitaries of
Palamuru University administration (Vice Chancellor, Registrar, Principal, Vice Principal,
Professors and colleagues). We have started it and will continue every year.
APRIL 2018
On 17.04.2018, Our MBA I year students organised farewell day " Sayonara "to MBA II years I
was invited along with my colleagues. Chief Guest : Dr M Jaipal Reddy Garu Principal
University College and Special Guest : Mr. Balaraju Physical Director PU has graced the
occasion. During lunch so many delegates were present. I thank all of you.
On 05.04.2018 AN i have attended valedictory session of 7 day special camp of NSS Unit III at
Salonipally village, Hunwada Mandal, Mahabubnagar district, alongwith Dr. Raj kumarAddl
controller of exams, MrRangappa Ex Coordinator NSS Cell , Mr. M. Galenna, Faculty Dept of
Social work, Mr. P Silas Faculty of Pharmacy college and MrVenu my friend.

Dept. Osmania University.
On 16.09.2017 Palamuru University, Cross Country team has been selected teachers got
involved in this event.
On 25.09.2017 in our Palamuru University, Medicinal Plants Plantation and NSS day
celebrations were conducted by NSS Cell Palamuru University..

Our esteemed new professorsProf. G Manoja mam, Prof.KGirija mam and Prof P. Pavan Kumar
sir have been congratulated by PUTA office bearers and teachers of Palamuru University
Mahabubnagar on 23.10.2017 with bouquets as a token of appreciation and gratitude.

On 17.11.17 Palamuru University Teachers' Association members have greeted our beloved
respected Registrar sir Prof. I Panduranga Reddy garu for extension of services as registrar,
Palamuru University, Mahabubnagar.
On 28.11.2017 Educational Seminar was organised by Palamuru University with collaboration
with American Telugu Association (ATA) keynote speaker was Prof Rajashekar, Registrar, FIT,
New York. His speech was awesome and his biography inspired me very much. Mr. S.N. Arjun
Kumar asked for autograph he invited us to take a photograph.

On 6.12.2017 Deputy Chief Minister has visited Palamuru University for laying foundation
stones and inauguration of Science block. To this programme Mr. S.N. Arjun Kumar was
member of Media Committee (PRO) and submitted a representation on behalf of PUTA.
On 16.12.2017 in Palamuru University Curriculum development workshop was conducted by
NCRI, hyderabad the academicians from departments like Business Management, Commerce,
Social Work, Economics, Political Science and Education were present. Mr. S.N. Arjun Kumar
gave feedback about the subject rural entrepreneurship development curriculum modification on
behalf of Department of Business management. Inaugurated by Prof. B. Rajarathnam Hon'ble

B. Rajarathnamalongwith Prof. G. Manoja, Director, PG Centres, Dr M. Jaipal Reddy, Principal,
University college, Dr. Prabhakar Reddy, Principal college of pharmacy, Dr Yadagiri, MVS

On 17.02.2018 I have been invited by Dr Chinna Devi and Mr. A. Eshwar NSS programme
officers to orient NSS volunteers of Pharmacy college units on the role ofNSS volunteers and

programme to make campus plastic free all the students and staff participated
