A  new  anti-‐bullying  program,  formally  known  as  “Talk  About  It,”  is  going  to  begin  this  year  at  DCMS.  Mr.  Case  believes  this  is  program  will  be  very  powerful,  and  he  hopes  that  any  students  who  notice  bullying  or  are  being  bullied  themselves  will  alert  a  staff  member.  This  can  be  done  with  Mr.  Case,  a  teacher,  or  even  anonymously  on  the  internet.    John  Halligan  will  be  our  student  and  parent  speaker.  He  will  present  this  program  on  August  20th  to  the  parents  and  on  August  23rd  to  the  students  at  a  school  assembly.  If  students  accept  this  program’s  policy,  we  should  have  a  great  school  year!
