The University of the Arts Theater Posters

The University of the Arts has a vibrant theater program.

For its presentation of The Gardener’s Dog, a promotional

poster was created using hand-cut construction paper to

complete all aspects of the artwork. Additionally, an acrylic

painting of radiant party lights was utilized in juxtaposi-

tion with original photography to advertise the musical

The Wild Party.

Peter and the Wolf Musical Storybook

Inspired by Sergei Prokofiev’s Peter and the Wolf, this University of the Art’s Senior

Thesis presents an interactive hardcover storybook that exhibits original design,

a re-interpreted musical score, and an engaging digital interface. The reader can

connect with this classic tale through traditional print while experiencing it as

a modern re-invention through a flash-based musical companion.
