Strategic project for the agency. The decision is fundamental for the Out-of-Sales problem for the tobacco corporations (the problem is worldwide and is partially solved by human resources). Scale for Kazakhstan - 27 000 trade points, 30 000 cigarette cabinets, 200, 000, 000 trays. Monitoring will take place in real time with a breakdown of all outlets in divisions, towns, districts, sales representatives/dis-tributors.
At the moment, one of three giants (JTI) annually loses 11-12 000 000 dollars. Our solution will reduce the loss of at least 40-60% (the rest depends on the efficiency of representative’s and distributor’s work with the system).
Currently 3 companies (JTI, BAT, Philip Morris) are waiting for this project in Kazakhstan. There is an agreement to present the project in Russia for Philip Morris and JTI.
Further, we plan to run this solution for bottling companies? (e.g., Efes, Coca-Cola, RG Brands, etc.).

Construction of smart interactive digital-broadcast system with automated media planning (know-how).Ability to self-select the placement of advertising on television network in certain local points of where the potential audience is located.
Restaurants are selected for the start of the project, because: a) these places have a greater number of television sets (pads); b) potential consumers are in a static/relaxed condition, which makes it easier to focus (compared to moving subjects); c) there are preliminary arrangement with a number of restaurants and cafes. It is also an opportunity to form your own advertising budgets, coverage, choose the audience and get statistics views. It should be noted that the advertiser may not bear the costs for the creation of content (movie).In the future platforms for broadcasting ReTV can be any public place.

The project involves a flexible configuration system. Advertiser can independently enter the company’s website, select neсessary distribution point (site), determine the cost of air time, number of days, select a template of in-fomercial and run their ads on these locations. The competitive advantage of our project is that the price of the advertisement placement will be ten times cheaper than existing tools. Thus, the cost of 60 minutes of air time, 7 times a week, at one point will cost $160.
DNA testing system DNA-Life-Coach (biotech)
The development of a complex system of DNA testing with 4 panels implementations (including diet, fitness, stress resistance, teeth and skin care) is about to be launched. The project is created from the scratch and takes into account the HIPAA safety standards of user data storage. In terms of this project we create an eco-system related with algorithmic engine for genomic data processing, the results are represented dynamically with appliance of SVG-infographics. The amount of possible options for computing at the start - 5,000 raised to the 5,000 power.
Launch market – the U.S. Currently active pre-orders are observed (people are pre-purchasing first kick-off samples). For the current moment, the project successfully completed Kickstarter and Indigogo and received investments.
Re: Point is a partner of Titanovo Inc. and plans to launch this service on the territory of CA (Central Asia) and Eastern Russia.

The project is company’s initiative.
After analyzing the way of how merchandizing and sales at Red Bull are performed, we came up with the idea…
What if we train Red Bull’s refrigerator barrels how to bring and recognize smiles of consumers? Along with leaving the memory photos to these people? Without even asking for any personal information, because we will find them anyway in Social Network.
Thus we developed and figured out the creation of the IoT system with a high viral potential and effectiveness.
In fact we made a smile be a currency, which you may use in different cases – for getting a discount for the goods, for entering various events and participation in brand activities etc.

An interesting project in FinTech area.
It seems as though in the U.S. such sphere as finance and investments having a high competitiveness level should already be developed and fully equipped. But, no. No one has ever noticed that the Department of investments market regulation has its Big Data stored in raw (open format) with relevant market information. But this data was not of demand by anyone. Maybe they didn’t see it, or considered it to be “insider” info, or maybe just didn’t want to go deep into details and spend time reviewing this big amount of data.
What we were supposed to do? (What had to be done?)1. It needed to be stored in the convenient way 2. We had to define the language of relations between DB and data representation 3. Create first visual prototype for defining the market demand.
At this point, we have developed the prototype, graphic visualization of the data using SVG.

There was a goal – to create a convenient application for JTI CLUB (club for loyalty support and consumer’s motivation). Application is strictly corporate with limited amount of users – 5000. The application includes blocks with News, Quiz-zes, Games, Articles and Loyalty programs etc.
As a result, spending 2 months on this project we developed user friendly application for two plat-forms – iOS/Android. The application is bind to back-end on the stand alone server.
