New sign proposal welcomes visitors and shares the history of the park as well as upcoming events.

“I usually come to this gazebo to have lunch on my break, some-times we play dominoes in the evenings until it gets too dark, it’s one of my favorite spots on the island, I usually see a new face or

“I know the park youre talking about, I don’t go there a lot but sometimes I play basketball. Recently constructers are using the place to park their trucks while the build the houses up the hill.”

“I wish more people can see the beauty of this place, sure the beaches are great but there is so much more about the island that people have to come

here to see for themselves.”

“We have a farmer’s market every Saturday, everybody comes, we play music, and make food. It’s great, I see new faces every week.”

Equipting the park with WiFi

“There aren’t alot of places where you can get WiFi here, there is a spot in front of the Taste and Sea that we usually go to, the

yacht club also has it but you have to pay and it only lasts for 30 minutes.”
