CSX5-ENC : Pocsag paging encoder module

The CSX5-ENC module is used to network other CSX5 modules together, thus forming a paging system. The module can be configured for 512 or 1024 bps output, signal and inhibit polarity. Eight optoisolated inputs can transmit an alarm or restore message. Other CSX5 modules are added to network to provide protocols inputs: TAP, MEP, COMP or GENERIC to extract messages from serial RS232 data ports.

CSX5-GEN : Generic serial input module

Networked CSX5-GEN modules are used to capture serial strings, (mainly formatted printer outputs), qualifies them, extract information from them and form a destination and a message using user supplied set of rules. This message can then be send to pagers or DECT phones.

CSX5-TAP : Tap input module

Networked CSX5-TAP modules are used to add a TAP port to either a paging system or a DECT phone system. There is one TAP input port per networked module. The RS232 TAP port is configurable for baudrate, parity and handshaking. A timed manual entry mode is also available on the TAP port by pressing . User is prompted for a pager number then for a message.

CSX5-MEP :  Mep input module

Networked CSX5-MEP modules are used to add a MEP port to either a paging system or a DECT phone system. There is one MEP input port per networked module. The RS232 MEP port is configurable for baud rate, parity and handshaking. A timed manual entry mode is also avaliable on the MEP port by pressing . User is prompted for a pager number then for a message.

IN32B

IN32B : optically isolated AC/DC supervised inputs 5 to 30 volts

Monitors electrical signals or mechanical contacts such as lamps, relays contacts, switches, thermostats, alarms and others. The monitored inputs status is reported to a central controller via the network where an appropriate action is taken according to inputs stimuli and the controller’s software. For example, information can be stored, displayed on giant sings, sent to pocket pagers etc. Each input can also detect steady or flashing signals on the same pin. Supervised mode steady signals only.

Features• Compact • Fully supervise room stations and detects troubles• Keeps operating locally in case of connection lost• Can be powered locally or through the data cable• Modules can be joined without external cables• Many LED indicators (red and white)• All wires can be quickly disconnected• Adressable

OverviewUsefull with the RTU8, the RTU8-BEXP and PL2014B-BEXP are using three power distributors wich create an additional possibility of connections. Those units can detect troubles and calls from room and bathroom stations. Many red LEDs indicates if the data is available at each RJ45 connector. Each PL2014B-BEXP is independant and uses its own microcontrollers. Il also has a data repetitive chip and a white flashing Del who indicates if the data is going through the PL2014B (scrolling display).

RTU8-DISPL

Overview The main function of this unit is to show messages and to generate audible alarms. It

is controlled directly by our CPU unit (WSX1). This device is a fundamental part in the RTU system, adding monitoring capabilities to your system. It is able to sense if there are problems in the date transmission and power levels. In the case of a power failure, the unit will generate an alarm. It verifies the reception of the date and if there are no new supervisory data in couple of minutes it will generate a communication error. In both cases, the user can deactivate the alarm and notify the problem to your team. It can be installed over the wall or over your desk. It is powered through a CAT5 cable.

Features

• Compact• Communicates directly with the WSX1• Alphanumeric display. 20 x 4 characters• Shows time and date, and a customize message in the idle state• Shows alerts and problems with audible alarms• LED indicator• Monitors power supply and communication• Configurable (adress, language, volume, mute..)• Back-up battery

WSX1 firmware

CID Messenger - Caller-ID call management software

Several kind of telephone emergency calling devices exist on the market today. Majority of them use analog lines and dial pre-programmed phone numbers to report previously recorded alarm messages to users. These units can dial

several times the same number and escalate to a second number until somebody answers the call and dial a code to reset the unit or hang-up (if

the unit can detect the disconnect signal) or until there is a timeout if nobody answers. The dialers are installed in homes, aged people apartment buildings, care facilities and even in hospitals. CID Messenger is a firmware who interpret and react to caller-id information.

• CTD3.x Alarm contacts management software for WSX1 CPU

The CTD3.x software is designed to supervise IN32B alarm contacts input modules and generate appropriate alarm messages depending on the input type (emergency, code blue, normal call, etc.) and location using powerful prefix and suffix features. The CTD3.x software can also report alarms that have been restored. When an event occurs, the software broadcasts messages to whole teams that can contain alphanumeric displays, pagers and wireless phones. The software has powerful scheduling capabilities. The CTD3.x software can detect supervision troubles and broadcast messages if some troubles arise. It will also accumulate calls that can be retrieved using Jsm Report.

generate alarms, build and dispatch alarm messages to teams containing displays, pagers, wireless

phones. Calls can be dispatched to different groups based on the time and the day of the week and

based on the nature of the call. The software is configurable using the powerful template-based

Jsm Config software. It will also accumulate calls that can be retrieved using the Jsm Report

reporting and statistics software. It can also route data to Jsm Presence to make sure residents are

safe in their appartment.

• SCPMessenger - Staff Call Pro Integration

The SCP Messenger software is used to detect calls from StaffCallPro systems and generate

alarms, build and dispatch alarm messages to displays, pagers, wireless phones. Alarms are

broadcasted to whole teams that can contain displays, pagers, Kirk or SpectraLink phones. The

SCP Messenger software also has important scheduling and filtering capabilities : calls can be

dispatched to different groups based on the time and the day of the week and based on the nature

of the call. It is configurable using the powerful template-based Jsm Config software. It will also
